Proplate USA employs high definition plasma cutting technology to process steel plates up to 60 mm thick. The facility operates seven modern cutting machines with tables measuring up to 42 meters long and 5 meters wide, equipped with multiple plasma and oxy-fuel torches for flexible production.

Bevel Cutting for Welding Preparation
Cutting machines can produce precision bevel cuts during the cutting process, allowing parts to move directly into fabrication with minimal additional preparation.
Weld Preparatory Cutting
“Bevel cuts can be performed directly within the cutting machine” using either oxy-fuel or plasma methods depending on project requirements.
